R-Keeper V6 system consists of a set of software modules, whose composition depends on the particular system configuration: Manager (the main component of the system); Restaurant Cash Register; Bar Station; Waiter Station. The stations can be operated integrally (where there is a communication between the stations) and autonomously.

Main functions of the R-Keeper V6:

1. Staff identification using magnetic cards;
2. Automated order entering and saving process;
3. Supplementing a previously entered order;
4. Transferring special messages to the kitchen or bar (e.g. “make later”, “with ice”, etc.);
5. Transferring an order to another waiter and bartender, e.g. if guests move to a dinning room from a bar;
6. Fast and easy work of bartenders and waiters while serving guests;
7. Type of payment option (cash, credit cards, non-cash);
8. Discounts/markup (for those qualified for this function);
9. Order print on remote printers (at the kitchen, bar, etc.);
10. Printing advance accounts;
11. Splitting and combining accounts;
12. Printing fiscal receipts (irrespective of the cash register);
13. Removing final and current reports on the turnover (total; by waiters, cashiers or stations);
14. Removing final and current reports by dish sales (total or by category);
15. Removing special reports (report by made discounts; balance sheet; hourly turnover, etc.);
16. Closing out working day;
17. X-report, cash deposits/withdrawals, periodic fiscal reports;
18. Transferring dishes from one ordering table to another;
19. Generating reports on the amounts sold by staff and other criteria;
20. Control of goods movement;
21. Control of a situation in the restaurant dinning room;
22. Maximum protection against the self-will of staff.


SYSTEM MANAGER:

 

  • The DISPATCHER Module

The Dispatcher software module allows the system users to have passwords and rights in order to perform their operations.

  • The EDITOR Module

This module enables the following operations:
1. System configuration (depending on the type of restaurant and individual operational mode);
2. Menu entry and edit;
3. Modifiers entry. They can be transferred to the bar or kitchen via remote printers (e.g. “with ice”);
4. “Hot” keys layout for the cashier, bartender and waiter stations;
5. Keeping the list of service staff (specifying a position and individual code);
6. Entering and editing the list of payments;
7. Entering and editing the list of refused dishes;
8. Keeping discounts and markups at a restaurant (for the total check sum or dish category).

  • The REPORTS Module

1. Checks list, including those thrown out (the possibility to view the list of refused dishes);
2. The restaurant’s turnover report for any period of time, by allocating in respect of cashiers, waiters and cash registers;
3. Report on the orders realization; dish sales by category; realization by modifiers;
4. Statistical reports (cash register protocol; turnover by week; turnover by every hour worked at a restaurant; unpaid sums, checks and dishes, etc.);
5. Individual reports (dish sales made by waiters; personal refusals and remains);
6. You can quickly view the realization of any dish for the chosen period, and the amount of dishes sold by each waiter;
7. Some reports are displayed in graphs and diagrams to provide more information;
8. A wide range of reports allows the head of a restaurant to effectively organize its work, and manage a staff.


R-Keeper V6 extra modules:

  • The PERSONAL DISCOUNT SYSTEM module allows You to store the data on a restaurant’s regular guests, to give them discounts, to collect points, to organize special offers, etc.
  • The MONITORING module allows performing a real-time control over restaurant’s work, monitoring dish sales, turnover, number of guests, food remains, etc.
  • The R-KEEPER CUBE module allows a user to create reports based on the selected data.


Advantages of the R-Keeper V6 system:

1. Fast and simple system operation reduces time consumption of service staff.
2. Automatic order transfer to the remote kitchen and bar printers by saving an order. Service staff does not need to go to the kitchen or bar even if a guest orders a non-standard cocktail or dish, or asks some dishes to be brought later, etc.
3. The data on purchases and sales, and cost is easily exported to any accounting software.
4. All the necessary employee data is collected and stored in the system. Therefore, financial specialists can use this data, e.g. to calculate wages based on a waiter’s turnover.
5. All contingencies in a restaurant are solved by default in the system (e.g. if a waiter gets ill while at work; if guests move to the dining room from the bar; a guest is short on money to pay for a check; a guest refuses a dish that is ready or not, etc.).
6. Modification of menu is made on the manager’s computer, and transferred in real-time to the cash register, i.e. the data needs no import or export – all You have to do is enter the name and price of a new dish in order to see it on the cash register.
7. The system supports the Touchscreen monitors - touch screen ordering.
8. The system supports hand-held computers with R-KEEPER software, which means that waiters can take orders directly at a table. This computer easily fits in the palm of Your hand.
9. The system can be connected to the scales - the system shows the weight and price of a dish as soon as it is entered.
10. Reliable system – there are no spontaneous software malfunction.

25. If cooks of different nationalities work in a kitchen, orders to the kitchen can be printed in several languages. The guest account can be printed in several languages, if visitors are foreigners. The work with the system can also be carried out in multiple languages.
26. Upon customer’s request, the system can automatically calculate consummation. Dishes ordered during consummation are marked without a guest seeing it, and the system calculates the money “earned” by girls automatically.

After an order has been entered, a guest receives a check with his/her order and payable sum. At the cash register, he/she only needs to pick up the food and pay. By the way, a guest can also supplement his/her order. In addition, a guest, who is aware of the payable sum, prepares the required amount of money, which speeds up the service.
