R-Keeper Mini is a product designed for small cafes, bars, billiard rooms, fast foods, and canteens. This is a mobile and compact space-saving device that can perform as much functions as a regular accounting system.

Until now, multifunctional computerized devices were not affordable because either of the lack of space to build a complete equipment, or its high price. This product is ideal for the owners of the food service enterprises with limited financial resources, who are unwilling to use elementary functions, but who are also looking for novelties in order to apply modern service methods.

R-Keeper Mini looks like a traditional cash register. It consists of a specialized keyboard, magnetic card reader, LCD monitor, buyer’s screen, and fiscal printer. All this serves as complete cash register equipment, which usually takes a lot of space. The nature of working with this device is practically the same as working with traditional cash registers. However, its operations and functions greatly exceed those currently operated on the market.

Advantages:

• The device is lightweight, compact and space-saving, because all the necessary equipment is installed in a single device; it is mobile, as it has only one power cord, so it can be easily used for outdoor operations, or transferred from one room to another.
• The thermal printer prints a wide paper roll of 80mm, which shows a customer full literal name of a product instead of a digital product code. A check is clearly legible due to a wide paper roll.
• The device is installed with cashier’s display and client’s screen, which show the price and full name of the entered dish/product. A customer can see the entered visual information immediately, but not after taking the check.
• Magnetic cards can be used in a company’s activities while working with R-Keeper Mini:

          ♦ Discount cards used in multiple places;

          ♦ Payment cards designed only for a particular establishment or its several facilities.

• The system has two operational modes: the restaurant cash register used for serving tables, and fast-foods cash register, when payment is executed upon ordering.
• Transferring data to a separate file enables You to create reports independently, and to process data.
• E-Keeper Mini allows a cashier/bartender to see all table information, and to control orders.
• The system has been installed together with the Administrator’s program, where You can enter menu, the staff data and discounts; employees are enabled to perform certain operations. If You have several remote points or cafes, You can manage all points of sale from the installed administrator’s location.
• The system can be installed with additional R-Keeper modules: order and turnover review on current time; reports; loyalty, dish/goods accounts, and other programs.
• R-Keeper Mini is a good starting option, if a user expects to expand in the future, but currently has no potential. R-Keeper Mini can be a backup or take-out cash register.
• According to functionality, it is the product at a very low price. It is like a simplified R-Keeper V6 system and a perfect solution for those unable to purchase the traditional R-Keeper solution.
