Kitchen Display System (kitchen order management)
Kitchen Display System is used to manage customer orders in the kitchen which are sent from r_keeper POS and announce when they are ready.
Kitchen order management solution consists of an all-in-one computer with touchscreen display and KDS (Kitchen Display System) software. Customer orders added to the r_keeper POS, handheld Mobile water stations or self-service terminals appear on the kitchen display with all the additional information, such as “prepare later”, unwanted ingredients or additional ingredients, etc. When the order is ready, kitchen employee only needs to select on the screen that the order is completed and the information immediately appears on the cashier station or, if the Queue Management System is used – on the client screen, where the order from the “In Process” column moves to the “Ready” column.
