30% off upgrade to Ericsoft Suite 5 in March

🟢 Reception staff can see arriving, staying, and departing guests in one window, where they can also register guests, issue invoices, and add additional services. Previously, all this had to be done in different windows, so now everything happens faster, one employee can serve more customers, and customers are more satisfied.

🟢 You can see 4 windows with different information on the screen at the same time – it’s more convenient and faster because you don’t need to navigate between different windows. Therefore, when a customer calls, the hotel employee sees rooms’ availability, special prices, specific room information and additional services on one screen, which can be immediately assigned to the customer.

🟢 The nightly audit is performed in just a few seconds, including sending reports from the CRM module.

You will receive reports and data from all hotels in one place if you have several. Employees will also see the availability of all hotels in the system and will be able to reserve rooms and services in any hotel.
