Base module – main part of the system to which other functions are added. You can add and manage pricelists, create and sell abonnements, enter employees and manage their rights, analyze data and reports. 

Access control – manages access to the controlled equipment (turnstiles, gates, doors, exercise machines, solariums, showers, dryers and so on). Used with card readers and terminals and RFID cards, bracelets or bar codes. Access can have specific settings according to abonnement type, time of day, etc., or have a limited number of passes. 

Planning Course/Agenda – activity and training sessions management used by personal and group trainers. Possibility to register a certain amount of customers according to a certain age group, place, gather activity data.  

Ticketing – Occasional – possibility to sell single use tickets without registration. Sales of separate services to persons that don’t have abonnements, detailed sales reports. 

Electronic wallet – Voucher – possibility for members to have a pre-paid electronic wallet or gift vouchers that can be used to purchase goods or services provided in the facility. This module can also be used as a credit system where customers add cards or bracelets to the reader when receiving a product or service and pay for them at the exit. 

E. Commerce – E. booking – possibility for customers to book or purchase goods and services online. After the payment is made a code is generated that can later be used to redeem the service.
